Returns Policy

 

Please email or phone with any issues regards your product within 3 days if they arrive in faulty condition - it is really helpful to take a photo of condition it arrives in to notify our courier/postal service we use.

We are happy to replace a faulty item at no cost to you.

Due to the herbal nature of our products and potential contamination once opened or handled we are unable to accept return products if you are not satisfied with the product - we are happy to give you a credit towards another purchase or a refund.
