If you cancel our Services and the cancellation is: 

· made 48 hours or more prior to the commencement of the Services, we will provide you with a full refund; or 

· within 24 hours to the commencement of the Services, we may offer a refund under limited circumstances at our sole discretion or provide you with a credit which can be redeemed against any Fees due and payable by you in the future. 

· If any program, package or plan has been generated a refund is not permissible.
